Christina founded the firm after more than 13 years in global pharma and biotech market access and leadership roles (ex Novo Nordisk, BioMarin & Roche) with responsibilities spanning across major markets (Europe, the US, China, Japan, Canada and Brazil). Throughout her career, she has seen how late-stage payer misalignment, avoidable evidence gaps and reactive pricing strategies can quietly erode asset value — and how early, disciplined value strategy prevents it.

Her experience combines deep value chain understanding and pipeline planning across chronic and rare diseases, global and regional leadership, and blockbuster launch responsibility (Ozempic) — providing firsthand insight across the life-cycle into what differentiates assets that secure broad, timely reimbursement from those that struggle post-approval.
